Know me better
I am a Social Communicator and a Political Scientist from Xaverian University in Bogotá, Colombia. After five years working at the renowned non-profit Dejusticia, I was awarded an Erasmus Mundus Master’s scholarship to study urbanism.
After finishing my Master’s in urbanism, I decided to help bring Europe and Latin America together. Although Colombia is my home, I want to help strengthen relations between nations and people, to stand in defense of human rights, civil liberties, and a just and productive economic transition.
I am fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
My professional career
Initiative for Human Rights' Principles in Fiscal Policy:
2023 – Present
While doing my studies, I had the opportunity to collaborate with the Initiative as its Communicator. The Initiative for Human Rights’ Principles in Fiscal Policy is composed of eight global non-profits pushing for the transformation of the tax systems. My role mainly consists of keeping the webpage (which I redesigned), creating content, and designing and proofreading the documents produced by the Initiative.
Dejusticia:
2018 – 2023
When finishing my undergrad studies, I became the first Communications intern at Dejusticia, one of Colombia’s most important non-profits. Back in the day, my work impressed my bosses so much that they decided to hire me. From 2018 to 2023, I worked as a Communications Officer, primarily responsible for social media, web content management, and audiovisual journalism.

My personal interests
I am passionate about film and the arts. Before coming to Europe, I made ‘Tinto,’ a documentary about the relationships between coffee and the city of Medellín.
